Southeast Detox
Recognizing that each addict has a different background and specific requirements, Southeast Detox tailors its treatment plans to meet the specific requirements of each patient. When you enroll in one of our programs, an addiction specialist will evaluate your current situation, discuss your desired outcomes, and work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan.
A combination of evidence-based programming and modalities backed by research will form the basis of your individualized treatment plan, and it will be administered with the utmost care and compassion.
Fellowship House
Fellowship House’s residential treatment program helps men and women who require more intensive care than can be provided in an outpatient setting. Clients collaborate with their treatment teams to identify their unique requirements, priorities, and skill sets to design a treatment plan that best meets their needs.
Classes in addiction recovery, case management, group therapy, individual therapy, peer support programs, medication management, housing services, vocational counseling, and discharge planning are all common components of treatment plans.
The success of a client’s sobriety after leaving a rehabilitation facility is dependent on the quality of the aftercare program they participate in. The length of time a client stays in treatment is entirely dependent on how far along they are in the treatment process. There are outpatient medication-assisted treatments available at Fellowship House, and there are also programs that welcome families.
Montgomery Metro Treatment Center
Medicine-assisted treatment is available for those struggling with opioid addiction at Montgomery Metro Treatment Center, where both men and women are helped.
The facility’s clinicians tailor treatment plans for each patient, which may involve medication like buprenorphine or Suboxone, as well as individual and group counseling, family therapy, and regular medical checkups. Clients will be referred to an appropriate facility if they require more intensive treatment or inpatient programs.
Hope House
Hope House is an outpatient facility that caters its services to the unique requirements of each of its clients, whether they are an adult or a teenager struggling with substance abuse. After taking part in an evaluation, clients will work with a clinician to select the most appropriate group therapies and other programs.
The typical size of a group meeting ranges from five to fifteen people. Individual and family counseling are also available as part of the treatment program.
After finishing the program, clients have the option of joining an alumni group that gets together once a week. Priority is given to pregnant women, women who inject drugs, women with children, and people living with HIV, and these services are covered by a sliding fee scale or Medicaid.
Chilton County Treatment Center
Chilton County Treatment Center does offer medication to help with withdrawal symptoms, but their treatment plans go far beyond that. Individual therapy, group therapy, workshops, drug testing, General Educational Development (GED) classes, 12-step meetings, and family programs will all be available to clients.
Primarily, they assist people who are addicted to opioids by providing them with specialized treatment. It has been shown that having all of one’s loved ones involved in the recovery process improves both success rates and the likelihood that one will remain sober.
MedMark Treatment Centers – Oxford
Individuals in Oxford who are experiencing difficulties with opioid abuse can get help at the MedMark Treatment Center. They work with people who have an addiction to opiates like oxycodone, morphine, hydrocodone, and others. Maintenance on buprenorphine or another medication to treat withdrawal and cravings may be offered to clients.
Individual therapy, family counseling, group therapy, case management, relapse prevention services and education, medical evaluations, and community services are some of the additional services provided by the program. They work with a wide variety of insurance providers, including Medicare, Medicaid, and TRICARE.
A Center For Eating Disorders
Many of the women who seek help at a Center for Eating Disorders also have substance abuse issues, and the Center needs to have specialized programs to treat both conditions. The range of treatment options is broad and includes talk therapy, medical care, medication management, nutritional advice, cooking classes, spiritual support groups, yoga, the expressive arts, experiential therapies, and physical activity.
Acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), skill building, emotion regulation, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), motivational interviewing, and many others are all available to clients. The combination of these treatments is what ensures the client’s long-term success in recovery and equips them with the tools they need to maintain sobriety after the program has ended.
Bradford Health Services – Warrior
The Warrior location of Bradford Health Services’ residential program offers two distinct tracks: one for adults over 30 and another for young adults aged 19 to 29. The sex differences are also reflected in the way men and women are handled. This opens the door for the creation of more targeted assistance initiatives.
Clients can take advantage of a wide range of options, including ongoing care, family programs, individual therapy, group counseling, and 12-step meetings. Working professionals, healthcare specialists, law enforcement, veterans and active-duty military, lawyers, and athletes all have access to specialized support groups and treatments.
AltaPointe Health Systems – Mobile
Because each client at AltaPointe in Mobile is unique and requires a unique set of outpatient services to meet their unique set of needs, we do not offer a universal outpatient treatment plan. Therapies like cognitive behavioral therapy, behavior modification, and skill building are all part of the rehabilitation process.
AltaPointe also provides services like case management and helps to find housing and a job. Clients in the more comprehensive day programs have opportunities to learn life skills, participate in cooking classes, and network with others in similar situations.
