Matt Stone
Matt’s 16-year-old high school internship with a homebuilder was the beginning of his real estate career. Matt obtained his broker’s licence at age 18 while studying architecture at UNC-Charlotte, and by age 19 he had been named Rookie of the Year. Conrad Klein Property Management, which Matt founded amid the economic downturn of 2009, now oversees more than $60 million in assets.
Since then, Matt has used that incident as a springboard to network with numerous affluent investors and launch his own real estate company, Matt Stone Real Estate. Now fast forward to the present day: Matt is in the top 1% of all real estate agents in the United States after selling over 1,400 homes, has expanded his business to Asheville and Columbia in 2019, and manages a team of 23 brokers he selected across 3 markets.
For Matt to achieve his level of success, he has to train his staff to provide exceptional service to their clients. To help his clients make the most informed real estate decisions possible, Matt draws on his 16 years of experience as a broker and extensive knowledge of the market.
Erica Anderson
Erica Anderson, a third-generation REALTOR(R) and UCF business school graduate with a concentration in marketing, is the company’s founder. She started as an administrative assistant for a top Keller Williams Realty team in Cary, NC in 2008, and by early 2009 she had earned her REALTOR(R) licence.
Her reputation as a leading agent in the Triangle Area of North Carolina is rapidly growing thanks to her professionalism, attention to detail, negotiation skills, marketing background, and real estate experience.
Her results are persuasive, having led to the sale of 240 homes in 2020. In addition to being named the Best REALTOR(R) in Holly Springs by the Holly Springs in 2012, Suburban Living Magazine named Erica the Best REALTOR(R) in Holly Springs for 2016–2020. Erica and her crew are dedicated workers who will go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Shaunna Overman
The Overman Group, a real estate sales team, is led by Shaunna Overman, who serves as the team’s Lead Agent. From the coast to the mountains, her crew has got North Carolina covered. Shaunna has spent her entire life in North Carolina, and she takes great pride in serving customers in her home state. Shaunna is dedicated to ensuring her clients have a firm grasp on every aspect of the home-buying and selling procedures.
Her interest in using innovative real estate marketing strategies for her listings was sparked by her background in marketing. Shaunna loves helping her clients buy and sell homes, and she gives them her full attention. She is intrigued by the stories we tell about the places we call home, whether she is selling an old family home filled with memories or helping a client choose finishes for a brand-new build.
Shaunna is helping new real estate agents gain the experience and expertise necessary to provide their clients with the same high standard of care and attention. In her free time, Shaunna likes to visit new places with her family, help those in need in her neighbourhood, and provide supplies to local animal shelters. In addition to her work at Elon University, Shaunna enjoys serving on the reunion board for her class.
Beth Hines
To ensure that her properties sell quickly, Beth is constantly exploring innovative tools and strategies. Beth is an expert in the field of a modern buildings. Beth is actively engaged in collaborating with custom home builders in the areas of Johnston, Wayne, and Southern Wake Counties. Probably seventy-five per cent of the houses she sells are resale properties, so she knows that market well, too.
Beth Hines is an expert on government-backed foreclosures like those from the Federal Housing Administration and the Veterans Administration. Selling equestrian and horse properties is a particular passion of hers. In our spare time, my family and I love to go horseback riding, to the beach and play sports.
To better serve her entire market area, Beth established #TheBethHinesTeam in May 2016. The Realtors on Beth Hines’ team are some of the best in the business, and they work in all four of the counties in the Raleigh metropolitan area: Johnston, Wayne, Wake, and Harnett.

Andy was born and raised in the Charlotte area, giving him firsthand knowledge of the Char-Meck Public School System. Andy played baseball professionally for the Houston Astros after graduating from South Meck and UNC-Charlotte.
