In 2007, the Independent Transportation Network (ITN Taxi) began providing service to the Twin Cities as a competitive taxi service to the established, huge fleets. The plan was to form a cooperative group of the top cab drivers.
Over several years, the top taxi drivers worked together as a team to amass a sizable clientele as independent contractors. With a solid clientele that has been using our dependable airport service for years, we made the switch to focusing on the MSP airport with our sedan car service in 2008. We’ve seen nothing but expansion and success since changing our name to ReliaCar Transportation.
Since 1995, Noah Logsdon has been a professional driver for taxis and limousines. He first worked as a cab driver, especially at the Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. After spending some time in the field as a driver and subsequently a dispatcher, Noah went up the management ranks at several transportation firms in the Twin Cities, where he learned the ins and outs of how to succeed in this cutthroat industry.
Noah has spent the last decade developing a novel form of taxi and vehicle service business by drawing on his broad knowledge and network. Noah recruits only the most qualified drivers and makes every effort to address any concerns they may have.

After 23 years in the limo industry as a driver and management, he decided to strike out on his own in 2008. Pete is a family man who has served as the celebrity chauffeur for countless A-listers. Pete went to high school in Rosemount, Minnesota, and is now a Bachelor of Arts degree holder from the University of North Dakota. Spending time with family is what he values most, but he also enjoys fishing, snowmobiling, biking, and working on other home improvement projects when he has the chance.
