Baltimore-born Mark is the second generation of his family to work in real estate. Mark started in the real estate industry in 2003 after having spent his childhood in the family’s small real estate agency. Throughout his career, Mark has had the honour of representing more than 100 Buyers and Sellers annually and has been recognised as a top producer on multiple occasions for the number of units and total sales volume he has achieved.
Mark’s unique market insight is the result of 15 years spent immersed in various market cycles and building his rental portfolio in Baltimore. Since establishing The Simone Group in 2016, he has overseen its expansion from a two-person operation to a group of eight, during which time the company has represented more than four-hundred families in the purchase and sale of more than one hundred fifty million dollars worth of real estate.
Mark’s true calling is helping people find better ways to use their real estate assets than just buying and selling. Mark and his wife moved to Phoenix, Maryland after residing in the downtown areas of Fells Point and Brewer’s Hill for 14 years. A boy was born to them in early 2015, another in the spring of 2017, and a daughter in 2020. Mark likes to spend his spare time outdoors, reading, and keeping up with the Baltimore Orioles and Baltimore Ravens.
