Eating Disorder Center of Montana
Three committed women came together to establish the Eating Disorder Center of Montana (EDCMT), to meet the growing demand for high-quality, easily accessible treatment for eating disorders in Montana. EDCMT started as a two-person operation in 2013 but now employs over 20 people across two offices.
EDCMT offers intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospitalization (PHP), outpatient, and virtual outpatient care for both men and women. People over the age of 16 are the target audience for EDCMT’s courses.
The Eating Disorder Center of Montana uses a holistic approach that combines evidence-based treatment with holistic therapies like music, art, and yoga to help their patients find the wholehearted living. Throughout treatment, patients meet with a nutritionist once a week and a therapist twice a week for individual sessions. Nutritional counseling, process groups, outdoor therapy, mindfulness, cooking classes, and group reflection are all part of the group work that is part of the treatment plan.
Over-18s from outside of Bozeman can stay at the Eating Disorder Center of Montana’s on-site lodge. Located just a few blocks away from the facility, this comfortable and elegant home can accommodate up to six patients at a time. The house has a full kitchen, dining area, living room, and laundry, and most of the bedrooms are shared. The EDCMT center is intended to be just as comfortable as a patient’s own home. Invitingly bright and airy rooms with soothing decor and plush furnishings create an instant oasis for guests.
The Eating Disorder Center of Montana is one of a kind because of the care and attention its staff pays to each patient.

Beartooth Men’s Rehab
Carpentry, welding, operating heavy equipment, mechanics, horsemanship/horse training, and caring for animals are just some of the trades that Beartooth Rehab teaches its clients, all while instilling in them a strong moral compass through the application of Christian principles.
Beartooth Men’s Rehab equips young men with transferable skills through its vocational training program. Beartooth thinks that the values of honesty, integrity, accountability, and willpower are fostered by the long-term ranch lifestyle and western “Cowboy Culture,” in addition to providing valuable opportunities to gain experience in a variety of trades.
Beartooth’s Ranch may not have five-star amenities, but it is a paradise for those in search of quiet, space, and nature. During cattle drives, the men staying on the ranch will make do with very basic accommodations, including sleeping out under the stars on occasion. Private payment for this program is $5,300 monthly.
Beartooth Mens Rehab, located in the middle of Wyoming’s ranch country, is a one-of-a-kind sober living transformational program for men ages 18-30 who are battling substance abuse, process addiction, behavioral defiance, and co-occurring mental health conditions.
Beartooth Men’s Rehab is unique among residential drug rehabilitation facilities because it gives troubled young men the opportunity to reconnect with nature and develop a more optimistic outlook through work on a western ranch.
One of Beartooth Rehab’s greatest advantages is the way they capitalize on their one-of-a-kind setting. Three-day cattle drives on the 50,000-acre ranch serve as a teaching tool for valuable work and life skills. The course of study lasts between four and eight months and is designed to teach practical trade skills through Christian values and the Bible.
Morning prayer, scripture readings, Christian virtue lessons, and work on the ranch will all be woven into the treatment plan, along with individual therapy, life skills training, equine therapy, and experiential therapy.
