Clive Rohald

Clive manages the design team from Prophet’s London headquarters as executive creative director.

He’s been in the branding and design industry for over 20 years, and throughout that time he’s worked with some of the largest names in the world like American Express, BMW, Fabergé, Hewlett-Packard, Novartis, Sainsbury’s, and British Airways to help them grow their respective brands. He is an expert in crafting award-winning customer experiences through innovative brand architecture, tactics, and design solutions.

Clive was the Executive Creative Director of EMEA at Siegel+Gale’s London office before he joined Prophet. In this role, he oversaw the company’s efforts to establish and activate design strategies for major European and Middle Eastern customers. Karakter is a strategic brand firm he co-founded that develops and executes naming and branding strategies on a global scale. (Karakter was purchased by Siegel+Gale in 2007).

He is a graduate of the University of Johannesburg and has won numerous accolades, including the D&AD and the DBA: Design Business Effectiveness Award, and he frequently speaks at industry events.

Young Kim

Young has worked in the design and branding industry for over 18 years, serving clients in the consumer, business, cultural, and educational sectors. Her innovative designs earn awards because they are based on a strong concept that is presented consistently and engagingly across both analog and digital channels. She has worked with companies like Motorola, American Express, Pfizer, SAP, Swire, Bhutan, the Hong Kong Arts Centre, London & Partners, the British Council, the World Health Organization, The New School, Tishman Speyer, MGM Macau, and the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture.

Young held the positions of Executive Creative Director in Hong Kong at FutureBrand and Creative Director in New York and London at Siegel+Gale before she joined Prophet. She has a strong interest in cause branding and managed the company’s creative efforts for its CSR initiative, which assists social entrepreneurs in their efforts to address some of the world’s most pressing issues.

Some of the organizations that have honored her work are the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), the Business Marketing Association (BMA), the Red Dot Awards (RDF), Communication Arts, Marketing Agency of the Year, and The Global Awards. Her designs have been featured in Graphis, Brand Identity Essentials, and the Economic Times, and have been shown at the Walker Art Center and the Cooper-Hewitt in New York.

Andres Nicholls

Andres is in charge of Prophet’s worldwide design team. He has worked with top companies like Abbott, AbbVie, Destination Hotels, Emart, Vitamin World, Target, Harley Davidson, UBS, Scholastic, Orbis, and Caradigm to bring their identities to life via design and compelling brand experiences. His career spans more than 15 years.

Before leaving Lippincott as a design partner, Andres worked with clients like the Art Institute of Chicago, Citibank, Citizens Bank, Gore-Tex, RadioShack, Walmart, Vale, Samsung, and Taca Airlines.

He started as an architect before joining Interbrand as the director of environmental design; his retail experience gave him a leg up. He is a Colombian national. There, he was able to leap from a specialized architect to an all-around creative brand adviser by fusing the spatial awareness inherent in architectural design with a keen sense of brand design.

Andres, who travels the world extensively and is a sought-after keynote speaker at industry events focused on specific brands, is always on the hunt for novel perspectives and experiences to fuel his creativity. He enjoys spending time with his loved ones and his motorcycle when he’s not occupied with clients and Prophet’s various design studios.

Andres received his Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Planning from the Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Medellin, Colombia.

Gregg Finlay

Located at the London branch of Prophet, Gregg Finlay holds the position of partner. Gregg is a creative thinker with a solid 12 years of expertise designing and bringing brands to life from many sectors and disciplines. Gregg has worked in the design industry before, having done so for companies like O2, Syngenta, Land Securities, Beazley, and Jordans & Ryvita during his time at Williams Murray Hamm, Heavenly, Lambie Nairn, and Fitch and Salterbaxter. Gregg has also worked in-house at Nokia, where he led teams in creating and harmonizing the company’s global brand.

He is eager to contribute to design education and has given talks at D&AD-sponsored events for recent graduates about how to get into and thrive in the design industry. Gregg graduated in 2000 with a degree in Graphic Design from Northumbria University.

Craig Stout

In the New York branch of Prophet, Craig holds the position of senior partner. He has been helping companies improve their brands through innovation, evolution, and growth for over 20 years by discovering novel applications of creativity and design thinking.

Craig has extensive experience building large branding projects for companies like AT&T, John Deere, GE, Hyatt, Humana, ING, NBC Universal, Nintendo, and Standard & Poors during his time as the executive creative director of Interbrand New York & San Francisco. By translating central design concepts into sonic branding, retail, and campaign development, Craig creates compelling brand experiences that close the gap between strategy and execution.

In addition to being recognized with a Cannes Gold Lion and an ADC Black Cube, Craig’s work has been showcased at the ONE Show, in ID Magazine, at the German Design Awards, and in other design publications. In addition to serving on the design juries for LIAA and ADCP, he has also spoken at CUNY’s School of Visual Arts.

He attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and graduated with a BA in Applied Art & Design.

Marissa Haro

Conceptual designer, writer, and original issue solver Marissa lives and works in New York. She is a leader in the field of brand creative strategy with over a decade of experience.

During her time at Prophet, she has led the brand experience for clients in the hospitality, retail, healthcare, financial services, and luxury industries, transforming strategy into the design and rethinking companies in compelling ways. Hyatt, Emart, AT&T, Abbott, Abbot, Abbot-Vie, and UBS are just a few of Prophet’s recent customers.

Marissa has a keen sense of observation and an insatiable want to see the world. She is curious about the design process and provides an international perspective to every assignment.

Marissa is bilingual (she speaks Spanish) and has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Design from Parsons.
