Hearts of Madison
Location: 123 Jones Street, Madison, Mississippi. Size: 4,000 square feet, plus a 650-square-foot guest cottage built in 1932. By February 14, 2011, the renovations had been finished in their entirety. Approximately 2500 square feet require heating and cooling in the front of the house. Two covered patios and a gourmet kitchen/bar area complement the three brand-new bathrooms with swan faucets.
Your event can make use of the decorative assortment of props and costumes stored in the attached warehouse, which is 1,600 square feet of creative space. You’ll find enough seating and table space to host 50 people. There’s a cottage on the property that dates back to 1932, but it’s been updated and furnished so guests can use it before, during, and after the event.
